TFS is looking for a passionate and technically capable AI & Automation Analyst to help shape the future of how we operate. This role will work directly with our commercial and operational teams to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions and implement technologies that make our business faster, smarter and more scalable. What You’ll Be Doing
AI Development & Innovation
- Design, build and deploy AI agents, automated workflows and internal productivity tools.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications across our business.
- Leverage existing technology platforms and develop new solutions where appropriate.
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop tools that help sales teams work more efficiently, prioritize opportunities and strengthen customer and partner relationships.
- Improve access to information and insights that support faster, more informed business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales capacity and improve conversion through technology.
Operational Efficiency
- Partner with sales, credit, funding and operations teams to streamline processes and eliminate repetitive administrative work.
- Improve information flow between systems, teams and business functions.
- Introduce automation that improves processing speed, accuracy and consistency.
- Help develop scalable processes that support business growth without proportional increases in administrative resources.
Implementation & Results
- Take ownership of initiatives from initial concept through development and implementation.
- Work with employees to ensure tools are practical, intuitive and widely adopted.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure solutions meet security, compliance and technology requirements.
- Track results and demonstrate measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency and business performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Perform other job-related duties as required to meet organizational needs.
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, financial services, lending or a similar commercial environment.
- Practical experience developing AI agents, workflow automations or internal business tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Claude or comparable technologies.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate operational challenges into technology solutions.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable independently driving projects forward.
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- A genuine passion for AI, innovation and finding better ways to work.
- Formal software engineering credentials are not essential. We value demonstrated technical capability, business understanding and the ability to deliver working solutions.
