- Design with the finished product in mind, considering size, substrate, printing method, finishing, installation, and production requirements.
- Ensure creative concepts are not only visually effective but also technically achievable in a digital print-production environment.
- Prepare final approved designs for production.
Prepress & File Preparation
- Review and preflight customer-supplied artwork for production readiness.

Colour & Print Production
- Prepare artwork using CMYK, RGB, Pantone, spot colours, ICC profiles, and colour-managed workflows.
- Make colour corrections and adjustments when required for reliable print reproduction.
- Understand the differences between designing for a screen and designing and preparing artwork for professional print production.
- Prepare files for small-format print, signage, displays, large-format graphics, packaging, labels, and specialty print applications.
- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot artwork and output issues.
Customer & Production Support
- Review customer artwork, concepts, and project specifications.
- Help customers translate their ideas into designs that can be successfully printed and finished.
