Junior Sales and Client Experience Associate

We are looking for a polished, personable, and hardworking individual with a genuine passion for cars and the ambition to build a long-term career in automotive sales. This is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, working alongside an experienced sales manager in a professional, relationship-driven environment.
What You Will Do
- Welcome clients, understand their needs, and help deliver an exceptional showroom experience.
- Manage client follow-ups and maintain accurate, organized records through our CRM.
- Assist with vehicle presentation, online listings, inventory sourcing, and vehicle deliveries.
- Develop product knowledge across Porsche and other premium automotive brands.
- Support daily sales operations while taking increasing ownership and responsibility as you grow.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication skills, a polished presentation, and a naturally personable approach.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
- Confidence with digital platforms, social media, and CRM systems.
- A genuine interest in Porsche, European cars, or the automotive industry.
- A desire to learn, take initiative, and be accountable for your own success.
Previous automotive sales experience is not essential. Attitude, professionalism, curiosity, and a willingness to work hard are what matter most.
