The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused
Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base, uncover new opportunities, and build lasting partnerships across the HVAC/R industry.
What You'll Accomplish
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Promote our HVAC/R services, parts, and maintenance solutions.
- Develop customer-specific solutions that deliver value and build loyalty.
- Manage your sales pipeline, prepare quotes, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What You Bring
You have a
passion for sales, relationship building and winning new business.
- Proven sales experience; foodservice, HVAC/R equipment, or service industry experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach with excellent follow-through.
- The ability to identify customer needs and turn opportunities into sales.
