About Axine Water
At Axine Water Technologies, we’re redefining how the world eliminates PFAS and other persistent contaminants from wastewater. Our breakthrough PFAS destruction platform is setting new standards for environmental sustainability and performance.
We’re growing fast. Axine leads PFAS and emerging-contaminant destruction, with electraCLEAR™ systems treating industrial wastewater at customer sites across the US, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. As demand accelerates, we need a Project/Production Manager to own delivery of our commercial systems from preliminary engineering through fabrication and factory acceptance testing, and to build the production capability that lets us scale. You’ll run multiple projects at once, shape how our Mitchell Island facility operates, and see the systems you deliver go into service destroying contaminants that conventional treatment can’t touch.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan and Execute Projects: Lead multiple concurrent projects from preliminary engineering through procurement, assembly and factory acceptance testing.
- Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Track and manage budget and schedule actuals over the course of the project.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Production Management
- Safety: Help develop, implement and enforce safety standards at Axine’s assembly facility.
- Oversee Fabrication/Assembly Processes: Manage production of containerized water treatment systems to ensure efficiency and quality. Fabrication may be conducted in-house at Axine’s assembly facility or executed externally by third parties.
- Optimize Workflows: Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Coordinate with new and existing suppliers and subcontractors to improve and expand production capabilities.
- Procurement: Prepare requests for quotation (RFQs), obtain quotations and issue purchase orders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet high quality standards.
- Hands-on: You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help with assembly.
Engineering Coordination
- Collaborate with Engineering Team: Work closely with our talented engineers to optimize designs from a production standpoint.
- Coordinate Engineering Workflow and Documentation: Ensure alignment between engineering disciplines and enforce documentation standards.
- Innovation: Promote the adoption of new technologies and methods to improve system performance and production efficiency.
Team Leadership
- Lead Cross-functional Teams: Direct and mentor project and production staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in leadership and planning to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
