Overview:
our poublic secor client is looking for a contract Unit4 Financial ERP System Administrator and Support specialist for Unit4 Business World to work with the I.T. team to support and enhance Unit4 ERP. This assignment could start as early as January 2027 depending on resource availability. This work will be performed virtually and in person (minimum 2 days).
The current Unit4 team is comprised of
- Five Financial System Analysts
- One Senior Business Analyst
- One ERP Supervisor
- Team of DBAs
- Team of integration developers
Responsibilities
- Configuring the UNIT4 Agresso ERP software system, version 7.10+ and Unit4 ERPcr.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring its smooth operation.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise, including but not limited to system errors and malfunctions.
- Providing technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Maintaining system security and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for system use and maintenance.
- Supporting SQL integration with the ERP system, including the ability to write SQL code for querying, troubleshooting, and integrations.
- Facilitating web service integrations and ensure their proper functioning within the ERP system.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with UNIT4 ERP/ERPcr software system.
- Integrations Experience with Unit4 system and Extension Kit.
- Experience with creating and supporting Microsoft Logic Apps integrations
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with system integration and data migration.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal contacts.
- Provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work.
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision, although direction will be given.
