Key Responsibilities
- Support client enquiries, onboarding, and account openings.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage account information.
- Assist with transaction processing, reconciliations, and client verification procedures.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a high standard of client service.
- Contribute to process improvements and projects that enhance operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- An undergraduate degree with a strong academic record.
- Recent graduates with relevant internship or co-op experience are welcome to apply.
- Alternatively, 1–3 years of professional experience, including relevant placements.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Previous experience in the Investment and Financial Services industry is an asset.
