Our vision is to bridge the gap between access to primary care and mental health services by bringing family physicians and registered clinical counsellors together under one roof. We believe that exceptional healthcare addresses both physical and emotional well-being, creating a seamless experience for patients throughout every stage of life.

Join us in redefining community healthcare by delivering integrated medical and mental health services in one welcoming space. At the Medical Clinic, we're building a practice where patients feel heard, physicians feel supported, and collaborative care comes first.

We can't wait to meet you!

Full clinic support - we manage billing, administration, overhead, scheduling, operations, and onboarding so you can focus on patient care
Modern, fully equipped clinic with five spacious exam rooms, POC room, charting room, and staff room
User-friendly EMR with streamlined workflows
Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities
Collaborative environment alongside Family Physicians and Registered Clinical Counsellors
Opportunities to perform the full scope of family medicine, including preventative care, chronic disease management, women's health, minor procedures, mental health care, and longitudinal patient care
Support in developing and growing your patient panel
A workplace culture that values kindness, collaboration, professional growth, and work-life balance
Parking on-site
On-site Gym

About The Role

As a Family Physician at The Medical Clinic, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centred primary care while collaborating closely with our counselling team to ensure patients have timely access to integrated mental health support when needed. You will continue to practice the full scope of family medicine while benefiting from an environment designed to improve continuity of care and physician satisfaction.
