We are searching for an outstanding Manager of Food and Beverage for one of our clients that operates a very nice first-class boutique-style hotel property in Vancouver.

They are seeking the talents of an exceptional food and beverage individual who will possess excellent service skills, a participative management style, cost control/revenue management knowledge, an eye for detail, and an exceptional work ethic.

The candidate will be "hands-on" to oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure that all financial costs and goals are met while maintaining all service standards. He/she will also have a proven history of analyzing and understanding all food and beverage costs and controls.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A university degree in hotel/restaurant management is strongly desired for this position that reports to the General Manager.
