Job Description
On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking an experienced
Program Manager to lead and drive a significant enterprise data enablement and reporting transformation program.
The initiative is focused on bringing trusted, certified business and financial data into an established enterprise data platform, replacing manual and fragmented data collection, transformation, and reporting processes with a governed and scalable solution. The program will support Finance and other senior business functions with consistent data for operational, management, executive, and stakeholder reporting.
This is a senior, highly visible role responsible for providing program-level leadership across approximately four concurrent and interdependent workstreams. Each workstream will have its own project delivery structure, while the Program Manager will maintain the integrated program plan, manage cross-stream dependencies, oversee financials and resources, establish governance, and consolidate progress into clear executive-level reporting.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned Program Manager who can create structure in a complex environment, develop trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, and maintain delivery momentum as priorities and program requirements evolve.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify practical solutions to program-level risks and delivery challenges.
- Experience coordinating internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Experience preparing business cases and managing project or program change requests.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
