About Vessi
Vessi is a category-defining footwear and apparel brand born in Vancouver, Canada. We believe water is a magical ingredient for happiness, and since 2018 we’ve been on a mission to welcome the water and share it with the world. That’s why everything we make is 100% waterproof, so getting out in the rain, puddles and everything in between is easier and more fun. We also partner with charities to protect and replenish fresh water for the communities that need it most.

Wage Range: $18.25–$19.25 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Be a Vessi brand ambassador. Live our Core Values and create a seamless, memorable in-store experience for every customer.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and genuine, helpful service.
- Handle day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, POS transactions, fittings, merchandising, and receiving and processing stock.
- Keep the store clean and organized. That includes cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining our water installations and fixtures.
- Other duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to [XX] lbs
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
