As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for building relationships and being a critical building block for our team as we look to continue our growth and market share.

Responsibilities:
- Utilizing creative tactics to source, attract, and proactively network with candidates (consultants and FTEs) with the intent to develop long-term, strategic relationships
- Interviewing candidates over the phone and in-person
- Managing offer negotiations on behalf of clients and candidates
- Managing and continuously growing relationships with consultants
- Generating leads and working on business development
- Promoting new ideas and ways to improve company process and performance
- Working in a fast paced environment on positions that impact the local communities
- Meeting KPI goals and metrics in order to foster continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma or Equivalent work experience (Business/Sales Degree preferred)
- Positive can-do, driven mindset
- Experience in a sales-related or Service Industry position desirable
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with employees across multiple departments
- Excellent relationship builder, with the ability to see beyond the next deal (can see the big picture)
- Competitive background and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency
- Experience in a Service Environment
- Experience working within a collaborative environment
Technical Recruiter Salary: $50,000
