Not necessarily. Reserve is a land inventory classification. Some reserve records do not have a visitor listing, address or confirmed amenities. They are included as land records with a clear access warning.

Can I use a park map pin as the entrance?
A GIS polygon pin is an approximate parcel centre. A visitor-directory location can also be a general site point. Neither confirms an accessible entrance. Read the recorded address and the official park page before travelling.

Why are some Delta entries called an unnamed park parcel?
The city layer labels several parcels simply Park. This page preserves the record number instead of assigning a made-up name. Named visitor listings remain visible even when they cannot be matched confidently to one of those parcels.
